Located within I.M. Pei’s Kips Bay Towers in Manhattan, this apartment was redesigned by Rupp Studio as a refined setting for an extensive collection of 20th-century photography and historic modern furniture. The restrained architectural palette creates a calm backdrop for art and collectible design. Light walls, generous natural light and carefully composed furnishings allow contrasting materials, sculptural forms and individual artworks to stand out. The result is an elegant residential interior where modernist heritage and contemporary living exist in a balanced dialogue.
