Angel Dream

Angel Dream is a private residence in Holmby Hills, Los Angeles, redesigned by Clint Nicholas for Pia and Patrick Whitesell. Originally built in 2001, the house combines Old World European character with a lighter, more contemporary approach to space, art and everyday living. Soft architectural curves, natural materials and carefully selected furniture are complemented by expressive works of contemporary art and lighting, including a James Turrell light installation. Antique surfaces, mature olive trees and warm, tactile textures bring a sense of history to the residence, while generous communal spaces create a relaxed atmosphere centred around family life and connection.
