Eduardo Dato Residence
Eduardo Dato Residence is a thoughtfully renovated 1960s apartment in the heart of Madrid, where mid-century architecture meets contemporary living. Designed by Sierra de la Higuera, the interior preserves the original character of the building while introducing warmth, continuity and a carefully curated collection of art and furniture. Rich wood surfaces flow through the rooms, connecting spaces and creating a harmonious backdrop for sculptural objects and distinctive vintage pieces. Rather than recreating the past, the project establishes a subtle dialogue between original architectural features and contemporary design, resulting in a sophisticated home that feels personal, collected and unmistakably Madrid.
